Solution:
I have 2 systems with AJA hardware, one with Kona 3, one with Kona 3g. Aja Kona LHE+ Aja drivers 10.5.1 (10.4.1 is the same).

A separate media storage disk, such as on an external drive or array, is recommended for best playback performance. It is strongly recommended to use the XFS 64-bit journalled file system, that is certified for Flame.
